Oleg Tolmachov is a Ukrainian filmmaker with a background in documentary and television production. He has a degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Oleg specialized in cinematography at the Moscow New Cinema School. In 2022, he directed the documentary series “Faces of The Resistance” produced by Film UA Group. Oleg undertook the challenging task of capturing the harsh realities of war and portraying the human experience amidst conflict. Oleg’s has also directed and was the camera person for TV series such as “My Favorite Scary” and “By Your Side.” He has also worked on other including the documentary “Mom, I’m Not Afraid” and the award-winning film “Sister.”
